Reminder re: Tech Support: As Mr. Uberti communicated in his most recent email, the DSD Device and App Help Website is live now. It has useful links and information to assist you and your child.

Complete the NTMS Device and App Support Request if your child can't access his or her laptop or other school apps/software programs (Classlink, Schoology, etc.).

If your child can log in to his or her laptop, but is having other issues, do not complete the NTMS Device and App Support Request Form. Instead submit a Help Ticket using the Help Ticket shortcut on the student's laptop, or using the Help Ticket link.
