Dieringer School District is proud to have launched our new technology ticketing system for the 2021-2022 school year. Incident IQ improves end user support by centralizing Helpdesk issue reporting.
The parent portal is a new feature that has been implemented. Parents of at-home quarantined students can submit technology issues on behalf of their younger children. Sixth grade through eighth grade students have the ability to submit their own tickets via the Incident IQ app in ClassLink.
